Delaplane used stones from the mill for the foundation of this dwelling. The house is a handsome example of the early twentieth century Colonial Revival style.  The two-and-a-half-story, seven-bay, brick Colonial Revival-style dwelling is covered by a side-facing gable roof with brick parapet end walls and arched dormers on the east side.
